Eggless Ackee Ponche de Creme - Trini Style Cream rum punch

Ackee Ponche de Creme

Ponche de Creme (often pronounced poncha crem) is a popular Christmas beverage in Trinidad. In this version ackees replace the eggs but the rum is kept in full force. Not for the lightweight drinker! Having designated yourself a driver, pour yourself a glass and enjoy!
