Candied Cashews

Ingredients

  • 50 g (½ cup) Cashews
  • Granulated white sugar as needed

Instructions

  1. Line a tray with parchment and set aside.
  2. Place cashews in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Once they start to warm up and glisten as the oils are released, sprinkle over with a handful of sugar
  4. Using a wooden spoon, mix the cashews so they are coated with the sugar as it melts.
  5. Pour onto the prepared tray and sprinkle over with a bit more sugar, let cool.
  6. Once cooled, crush cashews roughly
