Quick Pickled Peppers

The fastest pickled peppers known to man!

Ingredients

  • Thinly sliced long hot peppers or chilis or jalapeños
  • Hearty pinch of salt
  • Hearty pinch of sugar
  • Vinegar as needed

Instructions

  1. Place sliced chillies in bowl with salt and sugar.
  2. You’ll need enough vinegar to cover the chillies
  3. Warm the vinegar and pour it over the chillies.
  4. Cover and leave till ready to use.
