Spicy Cauliflower Bites

Vegan alternative to buffalo chicken or shrimp, the pack a punch, use less pepper or a more mild one if you like

Ingredients

  • 1 medium Cauliflower cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1/4 cup Cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 bottle of Grace hot pepper sauce 3oz
  • 2 tbsps Coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450F;
  2. Place cauliflower in a large bowl, set aside;
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, salt and water.;
  4. Pour flour mixture over cauliflower and toss well to coat.;
  5. Spread coated cauliflower evenly on a greased sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes (turn the pieces halfway through).;
  6. Rinse and wipe clean the bowl you mixed the cauliflower in. In it combine the hot pepper sauce and coconut oil.;
  7. Pour the hot cauliflower off the sheet pan into the hot sauce mixture and toss well to coat.;
  8. Return coated cauliflower to sheet pan and return to oven for another 30 minutes (turn the pieces halfway through).;
  9. Let cool slightly before serving or storing,;
  10. Enjoy!
