Chocolate Ganache

Ganache is more of a ratio on which you build than a strict recipe. Here, it is in its simplest form: chocolate and cream. Recipes such as this rely on the quality of the ingredients, so use the best you can find

Ingredients

  • 150 mL Heavy cream
  • 150 g Semisweet chocolate

Instructions

  1. Place chocolate in a medium bowl and set aside
  2. Heat cream in a saucepan till barely simmering (bubbles should just start to form around the edges of the pan)
  3. Pour cream over chocolate and let sit for a few minutes.
  4. Whisk till combined
