150mLHeavy cream
150gSemisweet chocolate
Instructions
Place chocolate in a medium bowl and set aside
Heat cream in a saucepan till barely simmering (bubbles should just start to form around the edges of the pan)
Pour cream over chocolate and let sit for a few minutes.
